How Recycling Rewards Works

Collect eligible drink containers

Most 150ml to 3L drink containers will be eligible for a 10 cent refund. Check this list further down this page, and look for the 10c mark on the back of your drink container.

More refund points are being added to the network each week during the roll out period. Check the Recycle Rewards map to see new refund points as they come online.

Donate your refund

You can make donations at one of the 49 refund points across Tasmania, or find RAEN listed in the Recycle Rewards app. We receive 100% of donated refunds for RAEN.

How to donate to RAEN through Recycling Rewards

Every year, RAEN supports autistic and ADHD Tasmanians, their families, and carers to connect, learn, and thrive. Your small act of recycling helps us continue providing peer groups, resources, and advocacy — creating a more inclusive and understanding community.

By donating your Recycle Rewards refund to RAEN, you’re helping build a Tasmania where neurodivergent people are seen, supported, and valued — all while helping reduce waste and protect the planet.

Use the Recycle Rewards app

Download the free Recycle Rewards app, select Regional Autistic Engagement Network (RAEN) in the charity list, and scan your unique barcode at the machine to donate your refund directly.

You can choose to support us once or make it a regular thing — and you can easily switch between us, other charities, or keeping the refund yourself.
